The new model will refer to the legendary Atlantic.
Say hello to Bugatti la Voiture Noire, only one in the world. Referring to the Type 57 SC Atlantic lost by Jean Bugatti, this special grand tourer is not only the most expensive “new model” of Molsheim’s company, but also the world. While the price of 11 million euros is proof of this claim, Bugatti’s live broadcast in Geneva, Stephan Winkelmann said the vehicle was sold for 16.5 million euros. Yep… You heard right…
With a manual carbon fiber body, la Voiture Noire is driving up the engineering level even if it follows the tracks of vehicles such as Divo. The car uses an 8.0-liter W16 engine with four turbochargers in Chiron, Chiron Sport and Divo. This engine produces 1500 horsepower and 1600 Nm of torque.
The only model that will not be grinned with 6 exhaust outlets can be Bugatti. Aware of this, the company did not act stingy about exhaust outlets. The LED stop lights, which are now becoming a fashion, make the car look much more special, while the illuminated Bugatti text reminds you of what type of car you look at. The front horseshoe grille is further elaborated and accompanied by LED headlights extending to the fenders.
It is not known who has yet agreed to pay so much money for this particular vehicle. Stephan Winkelmann stated that the vehicle went to a “Bugatti enthusiast”. Bugatti, however, did not publish photos of the car’s cabin. So much so that our editors have never had the chance to see the car’s cabin at launch in Geneva. However, it is not difficult to predict that the cabin is much different from Chiron and Divo.
Let’s see who’s the first one to manage to view the vehicle.
